This demo project is to be used as a brief refresher for Customer Success Agents to identify crucial strategies for building successful client relationships that support retention.
The client's goal is for the user to review the key components of Customer Success in a way that is fast, accessible, and easily repeatable.
I used Canva Studio combined with the 7 Taps micro-training development platform to create a short, mobile-friendly overview of 5 of the key components of Customer Success. The video is simple and succinct, in order to ensure that the viewer is able to maintain focus on the key learning objectives.
